FAQ
Everything you need to know before getting started with Fifth Render.
1. How soon can we get started?
Once we align on scope, we’ll send over a short creative intake form, contract, and payment link. Most projects begin within 1–2 business days after that.
2. What do you need from us before starting?
We’ll send over a short creative intake form to gather the product context, launch goals, references, and key details we need before kickoff. We’ll also ask for any available Figma or UI files so our team has everything needed to begin.
3. How does feedback work?
Feedback is handled asynchronously across every stage of the process to keep things moving and save your team time. We collect feedback during direction, script, storyboard, and animation so everything stays aligned without slowing down the timeline. If something bigger needs to be discussed, we’re always happy to jump on a call.
4. What are your payment terms?
We usually work on a 100% upfront basis before kickoff. For larger projects or custom scopes, we can also structure it as 70/30, with 70% upfront and 30% due on final delivery. Payment terms are always aligned before the project begins.
5. Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. Most founders come to us with a product, a rough direction, or a launch date in mind. We’ll help shape the creative approach together based on what makes the most sense for your launch.
6. Who will I work with during the project?
Communication happens directly with the founder throughout the project via Slack. Feedback stays fast, collaborative, and hands-on from kickoff to final delivery, with clear check-ins at every stage.
7. How many revisions are included?
Each project includes 1 revision round per stage across direction, script, storyboard, and animation. This keeps the process focused and protects the timeline from unnecessary delays. If additional revision rounds are needed beyond the included scope, they can be added at 12% of the total project value per revision round.
